Good base layer to keep you warm. But for wind protection you need a shell over it.

Absolutely love the Rat Race Flapjacks and I particularly like the Zesty Lemon…I bought some last year when training for the Castle to Castle 100 and have just purchased some more for this year! Really good authentic lemon flavour, substantial texture, not too sweet and a good portion of carbs. I usually cut mine into bite size pieces to eat on my long trining runs - a real treat to keep me going!

Now these are good. They fold up and then away quickly, the grip is comfortable and the adjustability is great.
Only negative is the overall weight of the pack, when all the door adaptors are included it’s a fair weight to carry in your back pack. This is easily resolved by removing the ones not needed.

This is great, super lightweight and makes a great pot of coffee

Very comprehensive kit. Has a torch, (you need to remove a tiny piece of paper under the batteries to work)scissors, twizzers, dressings, plasters a bandage. You can put it on a belt or clip to a bag.
