COVID-19 In order to comply with social distancing and government guidelines we have reduced our staffing in our warehouse so they are able to work in isolation. They’re working as hard as they can to get your orders to you, but there will be a slight delay vs our normal service. We aim to have your kit packed and on its way to you within 5 working days. Thank you for your understanding and support. We know that some of our customers may be self isolating, for this reason we have extended our returns period to 60 days. Our usual returns policy still applies, see here for details. |

DELIVERY CHARGES TO THE UK
There is free postage available on orders to the UK mainland totaling £75 or more, before shipping charges are applied. For orders totaling less than £75, a charge of £4.99 will be applied. Standard and Economy shipping orders will be dispatched within 2 - 3 business days of order, and delivered 48 hours after dispatch.
Next Day shipping (Monday to Friday) is available from £8.99 for all orders to the UK mainland, available on orders up to 10kg (*Next Day orders over 1.5kg will incur additional costs). Orders are only dispatched during business days, Next Day orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Saturday. Deliveries outside of the UK Mainland will cost more and a premium shipping service is not available for these orders. There is an order deadline for all premium services of 3pm on the business day before delivery.
ACCEPTING DELIVERY
All products sent using Next Working Day delivery will require acceptance of delivery. If your parcel is sent as recorded delivery and there is nobody available at the delivery address to accept the delivery, a card will be left to inform the recipient how they can collect the parcel.
PLEASE NOTE: A working day is Monday-Friday and does not include bank holidays. Orders for next working day delivery will need to be made before 3pm Monday-Friday for the products to arrive next day. Please also note that we cannot offer next day delivery to the Highland and Islands and BFPO addresses.
LARGE & HEAVY ITEMS
Please note that items of over 2Kg are subject to a delivery surcharge and therefore may cost considerably more to ship. If you have any enquiries regarding this, please email us at kit@ratrace.com.

International Shipping
Please note that customs duty or VAT charges and a handling fee may be required in the in order to receive your parcel. This charge varies from country to country and is the responsibility of the customer to pay.
Orders over 2kg may have to be split and a surcharge will apply.
